PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning management system capable of properly adjusting a temperature near a person staying in a room without operating a controller for adjusting a temperature by the person staying in the room, and to properly reduce power consumption by air conditioning equipment. SOLUTION: A radio signal transmitting device transmits a radio signal, and the air conditioning equipment control device receives at least the identification information of a receiving device from the receiving device receiving the radio signal. The air conditioning equipment control device decides the air conditioning equipment to be controlled on the basis of at least the received identification information, and creates the control information for controlling the decided air conditioning equipment to be controlled on the basis of the received identification information.
