PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in the conventional constitution of a UV printer, the viscosity of an ink is changed with the change in temperature between a time from delivering the ink from a recording head to reaching so that formation of an image with a high quality having a constant degree of curing and a constant diameter of dots can not be recorded. SOLUTION: By providing an exterior part 12 covering the surroundings of the recording head 10, and an air conditioning machine 13 for adjusting an environmental temperature around the recording head 10 so as to have the viscosity which is suitable at a time when the ink reaches the recording medium 7, the UV printer can forms and records the image with a high quality by delivering the ink with the viscosity suitable at the time when the ink reaches the recording medium.
