PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair accessory using a base material (human hair or chemical fibers), which looks like natural hair, in order to pretend that the natural hair is wound so as to hide the rubber band for binding the hair in one bundle. SOLUTION: The base material (the human hair or the chemical fibers) 1, which looks like the natural hair, is attached to the framework 2 of the hair accessory which is easily wound around the rubber band.
