PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop new technique for performing a facial cleansing beauty treatment and recovering shoulder stiffness and fatigue, etc., capable of promoting a metabolism by activating cells with a huge amount of negative ion to be discharged from a pyroelectric tourmaline ore and the reduction of far infrared light. SOLUTION: A negative ion discharge sheet has such a constitution that a name card sized activated carbon fiber sheet 1 to the rear surface of which hook and loop fasteners for attaching a damp washcloth pad are fixed is divided into six sections, and an appropriate amount of the pyroelectric tourmaline ore is packed in each of the six sections.
