PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a storage vessel for a lipstick or the like which can prevent the shake or the like of an internal spiral member or a plate member. SOLUTION: The storage vessel for a lipstick or the like is comprised of an external spiral member 7 which is equipped with a spiral groove formed on an upper internal wall surface, a cylindrical member 9 of which the bottom end section is rotatably attached to a peripheral section of the external spiral member excluding its lower section, two or more guiding grooves 11 in an axial direction which are formed on the internal wall surface of the cylindrical member excluding at least its upper section and have upper sections of not edged inclined surfaces, an inner spiral member 14 which is equipped with a spiral section formed on a peripheral section to be screwed into the spiral groove of the external spiral member and a spiral groove formed on an upper internal wall surface, a shake prevention flange 31 which is integrally formed at an upper peripheral section of the inner spiral member and has the outer diameter size slightly smaller than the inner diameter size of the cylindrical member, and the plate member 18 to support the lipstick or the like which is equipped with a spiral rod formed to project downward from an approximately central bottom surface to be screwed into the guiding groove of the inner spiral member and an engagement piece formed on the peripheral section to be engaged with the guiding groove of the cylindrical member.
