PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody reactive to antigen of mammalian animals and having a reduced immunogenicity. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the antibody comprising a constant region originating from human and a variable region comprising a complementary determining region originating from fowl and a frame work region originating from human and the antibody includes the complementary determining region originating from fowl which is not close to human in systematology and has a wide antigen-recognizing activity to antigen of human and mammalian animals excluding human and has a small immunogenicity to human.
