PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid form make up cosmetic excellent in use property (stretch and extension on application), having uniform finished cosmetic membrane, a moisture-holding feeling without stickiness, and gloss, and excellent in make up durability. SOLUTION: This solid form make up cosmetic containing the following (a) to (d); (a) 20-80 mass% polyethylene glycol having≥5,000 and <10,000 average molecular weight, (b) 10-60 mass% powdery material, (c) 1-30 mass% polyhydric alcohol other than the component (a), and (d) 0.5-3 mass% acrylic resin dissolvable with water; is characterized by using it with the use of water.
