PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable low-cost and simple crane apparatus capable of very easily loading and unloading loads from an opening part and floors to a target position in movement from low-storied building and also loading and unloading major units by three or less persons. SOLUTION: In this simple crane apparatus, a mounting frame 5 is mounted on the deck 2 of a carriage 1 for moving the apparatus, and the base end part of a swing arm 30 comprising a post 16 vertically disposed at a center part between a liftingly driving part 37 such as a winch and the mounting frame 5, and a horizontal arm 31 and a diagonal arm 32 forming two sides of a triangle on the post 16 is pivotally supported on the mounting frame 5. The wire units of a lifting mechanism 41 are installed at the end part of the apparatus. The assembling, disassembling, and transportation of these units can be performed by three or less persons.
