PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire particle aggregate capable of reliably enabling particles to cover a damaged part while minimizing an increase in the weight of a pneumatic tire and degradation of the rolling resistance of the pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: The tire particle aggregate is an aggregate of a tire having a tread part and a plurality of hollow particles to be filled in a tire air chamber to be demarcated by the tire and a rim together with high-pressure gas of the pressure exceeding the atmospheric pressure. The tread part consists of two rubber layers, i.e., a first rubber layer and a second rubber layer located on the outer side in the tire radial direction of the first rubber layer. The first rubber layer is formed of foamed rubber having the length of≥2 mm in the tire radial direction at the position at which the length in the tire radial direction is maximum. The hollow particles have a substantially spherical shape consisting of continuous phases of resin and closed cells, and are inflated when the temperature reaches the predetermined degrees (Ts2) when the internal pressure in the tire air chamber is dropped.
