PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing structure and reinforcing hardware compensating a weak point of a through-pillar caused by a girth joint by directly reinforcing the girth joint part of the through-pillar. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 8 comprising first and second fixed hardware 9, 10, a steel bar 11 (a curve resisting member) and engaging nuts 12 is mounted to the girth joint part of the through-pillar 1. The steel bar 11 is provided with external thread parts 13 at both ends, and the first and second fixed hardware 9, 10 are provided with engaging parts 14 for inserting the external thread parts 13 of the steel bar 11. Both ends of the steel bar 11 are inserted through the engaging parts 14 of the first and second fixed hardware 9, 10, and the engaging parts 14 are clamped by two engaging nuts 12 at the respective fixed hardware 9, 10 to mount both ends of the steel bar 11 to the first and second fixed hardware.
