The radiator has a heat radiating module with cooling fins (14a) connected with heat conducting pipelines (11a) having ends extending nearer to a heat source. Another heat radiating module has cooling fins (14b) connected with a heat conducting pipeline, which has an end extending to a heat discharging component of a thermo electric cooler. The waste heat produced by the source is discharged through the paths of the modules and cooler.
