<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the suppression of stripe-shaped fine ruggedness and the prevention of dry cutting generated on the surface of a tile stock. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a recycled tile utilizing raw materials for a tile blended with a large quantity of chamotte, for obtaining the tile stock with the raw materials for a tile by a press molding machined composed of an upper die and a lower die, a release agent is not applied to a preform, but is applied only to the die by the amount less than that of the ordinary release agent to be applied, so as to perform press forming. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
