<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire information for identifying a specific wheel to a car body side, without being confused with information for identifying another wheel. <P>SOLUTION: An air pressure detecting unit 22 mounted on the wheel 14, includes a wheel side communication device 104 and a wheel related information detecting device 107. When the specific wheel 14 rotates by a drum tester 52, the wheel related information detecting device 107 detects acceleration, and detects rotational operation on the basis of its detecting result. When its rotational operation coincides with a specific rotation pattern prestored in the wheel side communication device 104, the wheel side communication device 104 receives a trigger signal transmitted from a trigger signal transmitter 42. When receiving the trigger signal, the wheel side communication device 104 transmits information for identifying the wheel to a car body side communication device 32.
