<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dehumidifying apparatus which can perform efficient dehumidification by simple constitution having no circulation channel 111 and by which easier apparatus constitution, more slimness, lower price and better quality can be attained. <P>SOLUTION: The dehumidifying apparatus has a heat pump (118) and a moisture absorbing/releasing means (119) and air to be dehumidified (116) is supplied successively to a heat releasing device (103), a moisture releasing part (121), a heat absorber (105) and a moisture absorbing part (120) and a purge part (21) for making indoor air pass therethrough is provided at a part of the moisture absorbing part (120). In this dehumidifying apparatus, a supporting member (23) of the heat releasing device (103) is molded integrally with the moisture absorbing/releasing means (119) and with a supporting part of the heat absorber (105) so as to serve as a wind pathway function of the air to be dehumidified (116) and a sealing mechanism between respective wind pathways.
