<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a questionnaire survey method capable of carrying out an exact and effective survey by a questionnaire in response to a survey purpose. <P>SOLUTION: In this questionnaire survey method for carrying out the survey by the questionnaire by connecting image input equipment having a function for generating an image or acquiring an image to a user side information terminal of a user purchasing it via a communication line, a content of the survey by the questionnaire as to the image input equipment is transmitted to the user side information terminal on line, and a reply submitted to the questionnaire, replied by the user, is recovered on line, based on attached information of the image generated or acquired by the image input equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
