<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous biological treatment method for oils- and fats-containing wastewater capable of sufficiently removing an oil component, having no problem that labor or cost are required in the treatment of the oil component or an offensive smell is produced when treating without needing to always replenish and supply a large amount of oils and fats decomposing bacteria. <P>SOLUTION: In the biologically treatment of oils- and fats-containing wastewater, there is provided an oils and fats decomposition tank 1, which is adjusted to a pH of 7.3-8.5 and an oxidation-reduction potential of -50 to -250 mV and filled with a fluidized carrier 2 and to which oils-and-fats decomposing bacteria are added. The oils- and-fats-containing wastewater is continuously introduced into the decomposition tank 1 to be treated while returning a part of treated water to the tank 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
