<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flap type handle with a capacitive sensor that can easily adjust sensitivity without modifying specifications of a sensor body 3, reduce variations in detection sensitivity depending on positions of the sensor body, and adjust to a required balance. <P>SOLUTION: The sensor body 3 is mounted on a handle base 11 and a conductive surface 14 is mounted on the inner surface of the handle flap 12 so as to cover a detection range while the detection surface of the sensor body 3 is faced a predetermined detection range on the inner surface side of the handle flap 12. There is provided a connecting conductor 13 for electromagnetically connecting the conductive surface 14 and a detection electrode at least during the non-operation of the handle flap.
