<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save data traffic flowing on the network and improve security in a network environment utilizing IPv 6. <P>SOLUTION: A wireless LAN access point 200 transmits a Router Solicitation request and a Neighbor Solicitation request from a wireless terminal 100 to each node on a private network 300, but sends a Router Advertisement response and a Neighbor Advertisement response to the wireless terminal 100 based on accumulated RA information and NA information without relaying these requests.
