摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object close-up frame detection method that can accurately detect the video time of moving object close-up frames imaging a moving object in close-up, and moving object close-up shots, irrespective of the type of the subject. SOLUTION: Whether motion vectors of input video conform to a predetermined camerawork model is determined. If they do not conform, the video is detected as a moving object close-up frame.
