PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical sensor which enables color images to be well recorded, and to obtain an information recording system. SOLUTION: The semiconductive optical sensor, which has a charge generation material 14' on an electrode 13, flows photo-induced current amplified more than the number corresponding to that of photons at the time of the exposure, when voltage is applied while the optical sensor is exposed, or the exposure is performed while voltage is applied, and also shows a behavior in which the photo-induced current is gradually attenuated by a continued application of voltage even after termination of the information exposure. The semiconductive optical sensor has a region that absorbs light outside a wavelength region in which a charge generation material absorbs light, and contains a fluorescent substance that emits fluorescence in the wavelength region in which the charge generation material absorbs light.
