<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a repair source line relative to an error occurrence line in accordance with the moving state of video. <P>SOLUTION: When an error is detected in video data by a CRC error detection part 2, predetermined interpolation data and selection coefficients K1-K3 indicating the degree of similarity between the interpolation data and the original video data are outputted, respectively from a line interpolation part 20, a field interpolation part 40 and a frame interpolation part 30. In an interpolation data selection part 60, the selection coefficients are compared with one another to decide which interpolation data are closest to the original video data and the interpolation data are selected. When no CRC error is detected, a video data selection part 3 selects an input video data side and when the error is detected, the video data selection part selects (interpolates, substitutes) an interpolation data side. A CRC code re-calculation part 4 re-calculates CRC of the replaced video data and outputs the video data to a video compression coding device 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
