PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a specific terminal device to centrally manage the duplication of each of literary work contents delivered or copied individually to individual terminal devices, and to reduce the risk of work content loss. SOLUTION: A first terminal device and a second terminal device intercommunicate to provide content duplication management. The first terminal device associates and stores content and duplication management information 41 including data 42 representing a right to duplicate the content, and sends the content and the duplication management information including the data representing the right to duplicate the content to the second terminal device. The second terminal device receives the content and the duplication management information including the data representing the right to duplicate the content sent from the first terminal device, and associates and stores the content and the duplication management information 41 including the data 42 representing the right to duplicate the content.
