PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a base station to allocate a training sequence to a newly accessed mobile node and to perform optimal re-allocation of the training sequence to a current active node. SOLUTION: In the training sequence allocation method in a multiple user wireless communication system, the base station comprises a CID table and an AUR table beforehand. The method includes: a first step that the base station receives an access request of a new mobile node and provides a CID threshold in advance; a second step of retrieving the CID table, allocating one type of training sequence to the new access node beforehand and modifying the node into active node; a third step of receiving the training sequence allocated to the new mobile node and performing timing synchronization and carrier frequency offset estimation; and a fourth step of retrieving the CID table and the AUR table based on a result of the timing synchronization and performing optimal re-allocation of the training sequence to the new access node.
