PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autoanalyzer, equipped with a user interface making the status of analysis of a specimen easy to understand whose result reporting time is desired to learn, as to an autoanalyzer for measuring the concentration or existence of target components in a biological sample, such as blood and urine. SOLUTION: This autoanalyzer is equipped with an urgency specimen monitor display button displayed on a normal operation screen during operation; and a control means for displaying, as a list, an identification number of a specimen designated as an urgency specimen, by operating the display button and the status of analysis of the urgency specimen on the screen.
