PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for changing dies, which apparatus can quickly change the dies by a simple operation without requiring the operation for changing the direction of a die holder by rolling it. SOLUTION: The apparatus is a jig for changing a die 1 of a die holder 2 which has a die fixing recessed portion 3 on its upper surface so as to dismoutably mount the die 1 thereinto, and a through-hole 4 on the bottom surface of the die fixing recessed portion 3. An insertion hole 30 is provided on a table roof 25 for mounting the die holder 2 so as to match with the through-hole 4 of the die holder 2. A striker member 31 is provided so as to push up the die 1 from the die holder 2 through the insertion hole 30. Further, an operating mechanism 39 is provided so as to move the striker member 31 up and down by means of a lever 34.
