PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency toilet apparatus whose cost is low and which is easy to use by improving a septic tank. SOLUTION: The septic tank is provided with a through-hole 5 formed on a manhole lid 2 mounted on a septic tank body 1 or on a part of substantially flat surface of the upper part of the septic tank body 1, to which the leg part 4 of a simple movable toilet bowl 3 can be fitted, and the emergency toilet apparatus using the septic tank is provided.
