PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of treatment by performing the heating treatment when determining the case for requiring a time until a driver gets on a vehicle and starts it. SOLUTION: The remote starter 1 for the vehicle instructs operation of a wiper blade or a power window making the fact that a starting signal for instructing starting of an engine 13 is received as a trigger and compares a current value fed to an actuator in response to driving of the wiper blade or the power window with a determination value for determining the excessive current state.
