PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving air component control device not requiring large electric power and drive force and increasing oxygen concentration in intake air of an engine without deteriorating fuel economy. SOLUTION: This air component control device 1 is the air component control device for an internal combustion engine E1 increasing oxygen concentration of intake air A, and is provided with an outer air introduction passage 16 introducing outer air B, a pressure raising means 18 provided in an exhaust gas passage 4 of the internal combustion engine E1 and communicating to the outer air introduction passage 16 and expanding introduced outer air B by exhaust heat and making the same high pressure air (b), and an oxygen enrichment means 22 provided with zeolite film making the high pressure air b oxygen enriched air (a).
