PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new lumbago belt effectively mitigating the lumbago without making a user feel burden despite being worn for a long period of time, preventing the upward deviation of the lumbago belt and capable of avoiding a trouble in excretion even if being directly worn on the skin. SOLUTION: This lumbago belt is provided with an abdominal belt part covering and tightening the upper parts of the abdominal part and the buttocks, a pair of right/left femur part protection belts for covering the outside of the femur part formed in the abdominal belt part integrally therewith, and a string body for fixing the protection belt to the femur parts, at the lower end edge of the protection belt.
