PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pan for heating food, which can consistently keep a heat storage member in a saucer even if the cooking is repeated. SOLUTION: Projections 20a of a heat storage member 20 are individually engaged with a recess section 32a of an upper face side member 32 and an upper side heat-insulation member 50 from the lower side to restrict upward movement of the heat storage member 20 relatively to the saucer 30, and thus the heat storage member 20 can be held in the saucer 30. Furthermore, the upper side heat-insulation member 50 is installed in each gap between the projection 20a and the recessed section 32a so that the temperature of the upper side heat-insulation member 50 and the recess sections 32a does not rise even if the heat storage member 20 is heated. That is, repeated cooking does not cause deterioration in strength due to the heat in the upper side heat-insulation members 50 and the upper side surface member 32, and the heat storage member 20 can be surely held in the saucer 30.
