PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ottoman device for a vehicle seat having a slide supporting mechanism of a simple structure. SOLUTION: This ottoman device for the vehicle seat is provided with an ottoman body 1 for placing the legs on its upper face, and a slide supporting mechanism supporting the ottoman body 1 slidably in the front/rear direction of the seat. The ottoman body 1 comprises a frame FR and a cushion material 6, the frame FR has an approximately U shape having approximately parallel first and second linear parts 51 and 52, a pair of right/left leg parts where the first linear part 51 is embedded inside the cushion material and the second linear part 52 is exposed from the cushion material 6, and a plate-shaped base part 4 embedded in the cushion material 6 and connecting the first linear part 51.
