PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine in which a ball discharge port on a front surface opening / closing plate side is accurately opened and closed in a simple mechanism regardless of the arranging position of a shooting means or the like while arranging a ball feeding means on the same front frame side as the shooting means. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game machine is provided with: the shooting means 9 provided on a front frame 2; a supply tray 16 provided on a front surface opening / closing plate 5 pivotally attached to the front side of the front frame 2 so as to be freely opened and closed; and the ball feeding means 70 for supplying game balls on the side of the supply tray 16 to the side of the shooting means 9. On the side of the front frame 2, the ball feeding means 70 is provided in accordance with the rear side of the front surface opening / closing plate 5. On the side of the front surface opening / closing plate 5, the ball discharge port 24 provided on the downstream side of the supply tray 16 and for discharging the game balls flowing down from the side of the supply tray 16 to the side of the ball feeding means 70 and an opening / closing member 33 capable of opening and closing the ball discharge port 24 are provided.
