PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for removing entrails from the abdominal cavity of poultry in which the construction of the apparatus is simplified and the easiness of quality inspection can be increased. SOLUTION: A poultry suspended by its legs from the hook 5 of the suspension conveyor 4 is removed the entrails from the abdominal cavity with the entrails remover 6 in the rotation mechanism 2, and the entrails removed from the poultry is transferred by the rotation mechanism 3 from the rotation mechanism 2 to the belt convey and is moved along over some distance synchronously with the poultry by a belt conveyer belt 11.
