<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball-point pen refill at a low cost in which a spring, even if bent in its straight portion, can be inserted into a tip without being caught with the inner surface of the tip as the end surface of the spring being cut, and assembling of the member from one direction is facilitated. <P>SOLUTION: The spring has a straight portion in the front direction, a winding portion formed in the rear direction, and a shaft-shaped projecting portion formed at the rear end of the winding portion. The tip which holds the tip ball in the tip end hole of a joint has its rear end pressurized on a stepped part in substantially an abutting state, the spring is inserted from the rear end of the joint, the winding part is placed in the rear hole, and the rear end of the winding part is abutted on the projecting front end provided to the joint to be locked therein. The tip end of the straight portion presses the back surface of the tip end ball, allowing the tip end ball to liquid-tightly close-contact with the inner surface of the ball holding part of the tip, a valve element with the tip directed downward to abut on the projecting portion of the spring and the valve body with the tip directed upward to close the guiding hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
