<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing case gate fall prevention structure with a small number of parts and a simple structure for automatically actuating a fall prevention mechanism only by inclining a packing case. <P>SOLUTION: A packing case 1 inclinable to a vehicle body frame is provided with a gate 2 capable of downward opening by a top hinge 12 and upward opening by a bottom hinge 11, and a hook member 5 for releasing restraints of the bottom hinge 11 of the gate 2 together with inclination of the packing case 1. The hook member 5 is configured to restrain the bottom hinge 11 of the case 2 by inclination of the load case 1 with a predetermined value or more. Therefore, the gate 2 can be opened downward by the top hinge 12 without hindrance, and the bottom hinge 11 is restrained by the hook member 5 by inclination of the load case 1 with a predetermined value or more at the time of upward opening of the bottom hinge 12.
