<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reporting qualification for examination, appropriately saving the labor hour for representing a document such as a certification twice in the case of reexamination or in examinations with overlapped documents submitted, appropriately presenting other examination list satisfying documents necessary for examination, or saving the labor hour of examining them by an examinee himself/herself. <P>SOLUTION: This method comprises steps of: accepting examinee personal information inputted by the examinee and an examination content; referring to a table storing information for previous examinees, examination contents and documents submitted based on the accepted personal information and examination content of the examinee; extracting documents reusable for the current examination; presenting documents, if needed other than the input personal information of the examinee, the examination content, and the extracted reusable documents; and accepting and storing, upon receiving an application input for examination from the examinee, the application for examination in the table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
