<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet unit for printed circuit boards capable of mounting processing by securing flatness of FPC as well as capable of reducing the cost by suppressing working hours and raising usability, and to provide a substrate attachment method using this. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet unit for printed circuit boards is interposed between a printed circuit board and a jig for holding the board so that the both may be connected detachably. It comprises a sheet shaped base member, an adhesive layer formed in one surface of the base member, and a weak adhesive layer formed in the other surface of the above base member in which adhesive power is weaker than the adhesive layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
