<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical solution syringe device capable of facilitating injection work requiring a technique for injecting medical solution in a plurality of positions of different depths by a single puncture, uniformizing the injection quantity, and surely preventing such puncture as exceeding the target depth. <P>SOLUTION: This medical solution syringe device is basically constituted of an injection needle having a single, preferably a plurality of medical solution injection holes 12 in a needle tube 1, and a dispenser having a fixed quantity discharging mechanism dispensing the same quantity of medical solution from the needle tube at a plurality of stages, and, as need arises, is provided with a safety plate 4 where the tip of the needle tube is applied and stopped, at a part corresponding to the deepest portion of the body on a needle tube puncture route.
