PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box-shaped hearing aid wherein a microphone is arranged closer to an earphone to suppress hauling, and rustling of clothing is eliminated to enhance naturalness. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a box-shaped hearing aid including an acoustic transducer in which a microphone and an earphone are arranged so that their central axes become non-coaxial, 1cm is approximately enough for the distance between both the microphone and the earphone, and which is easily removable, for connection with the earphone, by a common cord comprising the microphone and a terminal pin.
