PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly continue communication processing when an antenna set in a traveling object passes on a twisting point and its peripheral area. SOLUTION: A deciding means 9 decides whether or not either an antenna 2a or 2b at a vehicle C side passes on a twisting point 12a of an antenna 23 at a road side and its peripheral region L based on the reception signal of the antenna 2a installed at a vehicle C side, and communication equipment 1 communicates through the antenna 2b other than the antenna 2a at the vehicle C side whose passage has been decided.
