PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently save warning notification omission in a monitor device even in the case of the frequent occurrence of warning notification to be generated by each transmitter of a plurality of networks configured of a plurality of transmitters in the warning processing system of a network. SOLUTION: In this warning processing system, a monitor device 1 is provided with a warning frequent occurrence monitoring part 15 for deciding whether or not the number of warning to be notified from a network has exceeded the threshold of the number of warning set by a number of warning threshold setting means installed inside, and a warning status combination processing part 14 to be started according to output obtained when it is decided that the number of warning has exceeded the threshold of the number of warning set by the warning frequent occurrence circumstance monitoring part 15 issues a warning acquisition request to the transmitter designated by the network, and acquires the warning information from the transmitter, and reflects it on a database.
