PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for conductive material which can form a conductive layer excellent in carrier transportability, a conductive material excellent in carrier transportability being obtained using such a composition for conductive material, a conductive layer employing such a conductive material as the main material, and highly reliable electronic device and apparatus. SOLUTION: The composition contains a compound shown by formula (1), and epoxy (meta)acrylate based cross-linking agent. It is polymerized using a photopolymerization initiator.
