PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing roller having thermal conductivity, crushing strength and uniformity of bending strength. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus for forming a toner image on a photoreceptor, transferring the image onto a recording medium, and fixing the same to the recording medium is equipped with the fixing roller which fixes the toner image to the recording medium and is formed with a plurality of circular-like dimples on the inner surface of the fixing roller, a fixing device which is equipped with the fixing roller and an image forming apparatus which is equipped with the fixing device.
