PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an electroformed tube having a fine inside diameter and to provide an electroformed tube. SOLUTION: The electroformed tube is produced by forming an electrodeposited substance or a surrounding substance around each fine wire rod by electroforming, and removing each fine wire rod from the electrodeposited substance or surrounding substance. The tube formed by removing each fine wire rod 35 from each electrodeposited substance 55 or surrounding substance and having the circular inner shape of each hollow part in its cross-section, has an inside diameter of each hollow part of 10 to 85μm, the one of which the inner shape of each hollow part has a cross-sectional polygon, has a diameter of the inscribed circle in each hollow part of 10 to 85μm, wherein a plurality of the hollow parts formed by removing each fine wire rod 35 are present, each partition body formed by providing the outer face of each insulator with an electrically conductive layer is interposed between the hollow parts, and for each part forming the surroundings of each hollow part, electric conduction is independently made possible.
