PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently vibrate a cell body with a simple structure. SOLUTION: In this flow cell 10, the cell body 12 is made of a translucent body such as quartz glass. The cell body 12 has a sample flow channel 14 for passing sample liquid that penetrates it vertically. A piezoelectric element 16 is attached to one side surface as a side of the sample flow channel 14 of the cell body 12. The piezoelectric element 16 is excited by an exciting circuit, ultrasonically vibrates, and ultrasonically vibrates the cell body 12.
