PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of demonstrating excellent grip performance in the initial traveling in a race by improving a tread rubber, excellent in the wear resistance and the grip performance in the second half of the race, and favorably usable for, in particular, a racing tire, and to obtain its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A tread rubber has a laminate structure consisting of an outer tread rubber layer and an inner tread rubber layer, and the outer tread layer contains more resin componemts than the inner tread layer.
