PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce parts count of a vehicular door trim structure, and to save costs for the vehicular door trim. SOLUTION: An armrest 3 bulging out to a vehicular room R side is integrally formed with a door trim main body 2, and a side wall 14 of the armrest 3 is composed of high stiffness portions 12, 13 and a low stiffness portion 11. When a downward load is inputted on an upper surface 7 of the armrest 3, the low stiffness portion 11 elastically deforms to bend the upper surface 7 of the armrest 3 downward. Therefore, the low stiffness portion 11 integrally provided on the armrest 3 functions as a cushion portion, so that provision of a cushioning material separated from the door trim main body 2 is unnecessary.
