PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abdominal exercise implement capable of tightening the abdomen and the waist easily in long duration. SOLUTION: The abdominal exercise implement 1 comprises: a pair of left and right handles 2 for securing the grips of both hands in the state of projecting the arms from the elbow to the front part of the body; a pair of left and right rollers 3 to be applied to the abdomen and slid while being rolled in a waistline direction in linkage with twist exercise by the lower back and the arms through the handles 2; a connecting body 4 for making the axial direction of the handles 2 and the axial direction of the rollers applied to the abdomen be roughly parallel and holding them in bilateral symmetry; a long-length planar lower back abutting plate 5 to be horizontally applied to the lower back; and a rubber cord 6 for connecting the end of the connecting body 4 and the end of the lower back abutting plate 5.
