PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new electronic agricultural system utilizing EM and wave effect as a natural environment-related welfare project conducting highly efficient agrochemical-free cultivation agricultural activities, without using at all agrochemicals or the like involving serious problems on human life and other various lives and also by utilizing shale of special bedrock rich in natural mineral components. SOLUTION: In this electronic agricultural system, EM and wave effect are utilized as fertilizer for field crops 14, for example, as shown in Fig.1 without using at all e.g. herbicides on weeds or the like as good fortune in the natural world. Besides, information such as on soil environmental change due to special wave emitted from bacteria and ceramic beads and the like is surveyed with respective sensors 16-17 as shown in the Fig.1. Continual creation of (paddy) field environment by means of optimum pH value or the like solves problems for relieving agriculture based on agrochemical-dependent cultivation, reduces wastes through utilizing natural resources, thus serving as a means for prevailing agrochemical-free cultivation agricultural activities in the world.
