<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microwave limiter circuit for obtaining the output of RF electric power which maintains predetermined noise characteristics, even when the RF electric power input into the limiter side increases rapidly and is supplied more than the capacity (rating) of the limiter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A microwave limiter circuit 20 comprises a limiter circuit electric power generation circuit 21, which generates and outputs high-frequency limiting electric power w1 of a desired frequency region, after inputting a high-frequency electric power w from the input terminal side; a low-noise amplifying means 22 which outputs a low-noise high-frequency electric power w4, after inputting this high-frequency limiting electric power w1; and a limiting electric power output circuit 23 which outputs a matched high frequency electric power w4, after inputting this low-noise high-frequency electric power w4. The limiter circuit electric power generating circuit 21 comprises a limiter 31, which outputs the high-frequency limiting electric power w1 which limits the frequency of the input electric power w; and a distribution device 32 for outputting this high-frequency limiting electric power w1, which is distributed to the plurality, so as to output the matched high-frequency electric power w4 from these two or more low-noise amplifying system 33 and 34 sides to the limiting electric power output circuit 23 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
